    About Us

    The Solid and B3 Waste Laboratory was established in 1987 under the initial name of Solid Waste Laboratory. This laboratory is the first in Indonesia specializing in the characterization analysis of solid waste as well as hazardous and toxic waste (B3).
    At the time of its establishment, the laboratory only accepted physical and chemical analysis of waste samples. However, along with the development of facilities and equipment, the solid and B3 waste laboratory also accepts analysis of solid waste samples in general, such as garbage, sludge, soil, B3 waste, and other solid-form samples.

    Services

    1. Education
    The Solid and B3 Waste Laboratory serves as a supporting facility for academic activities of students and teaching staff, particularly for practical work in education.

    2. Research
    The Solid and B3 Waste Laboratory supports research activities for students (undergraduate thesis, master's thesis, doctoral dissertation) as well as faculty research in environmental engineering, particularly related to solid and B3 waste.

    3. Community Service
    In addition to supporting education, the Solid and B3 Waste Laboratory also provides sampling, analysis, and consultation services for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.

    EXPERIENCE

    The Solid and B3 Waste Laboratory has experience in conducting analysis for various projects and research. Clients of the Solid and B3 Waste Laboratory come from various sectors, including government, private, and individual sectors.
