TROCOZ Summer Program aims to broaden students’ knowledge through an international learning experience alongside participants from diverse national backgrounds. The program also seeks to strengthen the international network of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), particularly in fostering future collaborations in education and research.

The program focuses on topics related to Tropical Coastal Infrastructure, including current issues and developments, utilities, energy potential, and environmental management in coastal zones. Through these themes, participants will gain insights into the challenges and opportunities associated with sustainable coastal development in tropical regions.

As part of the program, participants will engage in a real-world case study through an excursion to Pangandaran, one of Indonesia’s prominent coastal areas. The issues identified during the field study will be further explored through group discussions, enabling participants to analyze and propose solutions from multidisciplinary perspectives.

In addition to academic activities, TROCOZ Summer Program provides opportunities for cultural exchange among participants from different countries and regions. Participants will also take part in cultural activities in Bandung City, promoting international friendship, cross-cultural understanding, and global collaboration.
