Air Pollution Monitoring & Environmental Impact of Tropical Forest And Peatland Fire (APMEI) 2024
Brief Description
Tropical forest and peatland fires are disasters that impact the local, regional, and global environment. To raise awareness and knowledge about this critical issue, FTSL proudly presents APMEI 2022. This international virtual course is specially designed for undergraduate students in science and engineering from both Indonesia and around the world. APMEI 2022 offers a unique opportunity to learn about the impact of forest and peatland fires, air quality monitoring techniques and analysis, emission inventory, and mitigation and adaptation strategies. These topics will be delivered by experienced lecturers from various renowned institutions in Indonesia and abroad. In addition, this program will include visits to air quality monitoring facilities, hands-on experience with air quality monitoring, excursions to tropical forests, cultural tours, and other engaging activities.
